Next milestone in Świnoujście LNG terminal expansion project

GAZ-SYSTEM Capital Group has secured a building permit for a third LNG tank at the Polish LNG terminal.

The first stage of the expansion programme is already underway with the delivery of key equipment, and this phase should be completed by December 2021.

The second stage, which will include the construction of a 180,000 cubic metre-capacity LNG tank, also involves the construction of a second quay. Completion of this phase, which is slated for December 2023, will facilitate unloading and reloading LNG at the terminal as well as bunkering operations.
