Lang Ship has announced that it has taken delivery of the first in a series of three 7,800 DWT dual-fuel multipurpose dry cargo vessels.

The ship was named Lovisa at a ceremony in Zhoushan, Langh Ship said in a social media post today (2 November).

As previously reported, Langh Ship announced the order for the three vessels, which are methanol and ammonia ready, in 2021. They will serve steel producer Outokumpu on the short sea lane between Finland and continental Europe.
