Ahead of September’s Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC 82) meeting, the International Association of Dry Cargo Shipowners (INTERCARGO), together with the other global shipping associations, has issued a joint policy statement to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) calling for changes to the flaws in the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII).
