Tesvolt Ocean – a newly founded joint venture between Germany’s Tesvolt Maritime Solutions Norway’s Ocean Batteries – has introduced a battery system which it says will enable ‘significantly more vessels in the maritime and inland shipping industry’ to be equipped with clean e-drives for the first time.
