Transparency in Bunkering Forum 2021
Billed as the first in-person bunkering event since lockdown, Petrospot’s Transparency in Bunkering Forum will take place on 13 September, the first day of London International Shipping Week (LISW21).
The much-anticipated ‘live’ event will take place at the offices of leading maritime law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
All registered participants will be invited to a spectacular rooftop reception overlooking Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, HMS Belfast, and the River Thames.
With the headline theme of transparency, the Forum will examine the highly competitive, low margin business of bunkering, first from an operational viewpoint, looking at bunker licensing, mass flow metering, fuel quality and pricing; and then from a commercial and financial viewpoint, looking at due diligence, banking, credit lines, credit, and trade insurance.
The panel discussions will feature thought leaders representing ExxonMobil, Lloyd’s Register, Island Oil, Shipping Strategy, Markel International, S&P Global Platts, Propeller Fuels, Awyr Las, the International Bunker Industry Association and the Marine Fuels Alliance.
