The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has published a list of the top 10 marine fuel suppliers in 2025. For a second successive year, the port authority did not rank the suppliers by volume but rather listed them in alphabetical order. There was one change to the top 10 suppliers list, with Bunker House Petroleum replacing Glencore Singapore. In terms of biofuels, BP Singapore replaced Minerva Bunkering. Sales of marine fuels at the world’s largest bunker port saw significant growth in 2025. Spanish integrated energy company Moeve and Portugal’s Galp have revealed they are holding detailed discussions to bring together their respective downstream activities, including refining, trading, green fuels and retail networks, to create an energy powerhouse in the Iberian Peninsula.
