The 4,351,000 metric tonnes (mt) of bunkers – including alternative fuel – sold in the Port of Singapore last month marked a 1.2% decrease on the 4,404,400 mt that was sold in April 2025. Marine energy supplier Peninsula says improving energy efficiency across its existing fleets remains an ‘important and immediate’ focus.
