The Neoliner Origin, the wind-powered roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro) vessel developed by French shipping company Neoline, has called at the Port of Zeebrugge for the first time. The vessel, which as previously reported by ship.energy was built at RMK Marine shipyard in Tuzla, Turkey, made its first transatlantic crossing last year. Shore power specialist PowerCon has announced it is expanding its portfolio to support the broader electrification of ports. The first focus will be prefabricated substations, providing the electrical infrastructure required for fully electrified terminal operations, Copenhagen-headquartered PowerCon said in a social media post today (22 September). Phillips 66 Limited has announced that it has reached an ‘important milestone’ in the phased integration of its newly-acquired Lindsey assets into the wider Phillips 66 UK business, with rail movements of product from Lindsey Rail Loading to the Warwickshire Oil Storage Terminal (WOSL).
